FUNDING APPLICATIONS

The 2020 funding round of the Waikato River Clean-up Trust will be open from 8 June to 13 August. Our 2020 Funding Strategy will be available from April this year. See our funded projects section for more information on successful projects, or see the videos below for tips on how to apply, and what we're looking for in an application.

MAKING AN APPLICATION

If you are considering making an application to the Waikato River Authority for funding please read our Funding Strategy first to check whether your project meets the funding criteria. Once you are ready to write your application click on the 'Make an Application' button above. This will take you to our application page.

All applications must be made online, but it is possible to access a Word copy of the form WRA Word application form 2020.

The Waikato River Authority will usually give priority to projects that that are co-funded. If you are seeking co-funding from other organisations you may wish to consider the  Environmental Funding Groups list here.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

All successful applicants must provide the Waikato River Authority with organisational and project specific Health and Safety information prior to the deed of funding being signed for their project.  Click on one of the links below to find out what Health and Safety documentation we require from you.
